Attendance

Parents must provide an explanation for absences within 7 days of them being away. Absences can be submitted via our Skoolbag App, by phone, written note or email.

If you have received attendance correspondence after submitting an explanation, it is because the absence has been entered as ‘unjustified’. An ‘unjustified’ absence can be any holidays taken outside of vacation periods or any other reason not accepted by the Principal. Please see the attached image for more information.

Our system will continue to automatically send attendance correspondence for ‘unjustified’ absences. Please ignore this correspondence if you have already notified the school of that absence.
